      • Watering hours are limited to before 10 AM and after 6 PM to reduce evaporation.
      • Hand-held hoses, drip irrigation systems, and soaker hoses can be used anytime.
    • Prohibited:
      • Watering between 10 AM and 6 PM with sprinklers or irrigation systems.
      • Water runoff onto sidewalks, driveways, and streets.

Car Washing

    • Car washing is allowed only using a hand-held bucket or a hose equipped with a shut-off nozzle.
    • Commercial car washes are exempt but encouraged to use water-efficient systems.

Pools and Spas

    • Filling new swimming pools is prohibited.
    • Topping off existing pools and spas is allowed, but residents are encouraged to use pool covers to minimize evaporation.

Landscaping

    • New landscaping projects should be delayed if possible.
